Before anything can happen we need to send you some easy to fill questionaires, which are essential to the way we work at The Lose it Coach. These enable a proper assessment of your background, eating habits, likes and dislikes, social habits, the type of eating plan you feel will work for you (i.e. structured or flexible), and most importantly, to establish your long and short term goals.

After we have received and analysed your completed questionnaires we'll get together for your first appointment, which will last about an hour. During this first session, we'll review your previous weight loss attempts and why they failed, and discuss your current situation in-depth. Then we'll create and put into place a plan that will work for you, alongside short and long-term achievable targets.

Your personalised plan will incorporate small but essential changes that will take into consideration your current weight, age, sex and lifestyle habits, and fit into your daily routine with ease. Your personal plan will be effective without being exhausting or depriving you of your favourite foods.

Of course we'll need to weigh you - privately - remember this is one-to-one

You will leave your first session knowing exactly how we intend to support and motivate you on your journey to achieving successful weight -loss and increased health and vitality.
